VORASURF™ DC 5906 is your first choice for viscoelastic PU foam formulations
When formulating conventional or MDI-based viscoelastic foams, VORASURF™ DC 5906 is the go-to silicone surfactant. It offers:
- Good cell opening for enhanced foam breathability
- Fine cell structure for consistent quality
- High efficiency in processing
- Excellent stabilization for cylindrical foam blocks
- Compatibility with high-filler content ensuring formulation flexibility
Available in 200kg drums and 1000kg IBCs, VORASURF™ DC 5906 is also available as VORASURF™ DC 5906 LV, which features a lower cyclic content.
