In order to continue on our journey of sustainability, we offer a range of greener, more sustainable, biodegradable products under our cleaning portfolio, a small selection of which we highlight here:
- GLDA and MGDA chelates produced from bio-based sources making them biodegradable, with some products holding Eco-label accreditation. They can also act as biocide and preservative boosters.
- Sophorolipid bio-surfactants for household formulations that have an excellent eco-toxicity profile and are biodegradable under aerobic and anaerobic conditions and fully comply with European eco-label requirements.
- Lactic acid, produced by fermentation from sugar which can be widely used in detergent applications because of its descaling and anti-bacterial properties
- Alkyl Polyglucosides (APGs), a class of mild surfactant,derived from plants which are particularly suited to both homecare and personal care applications
- Phosphate esters, a versatile class of bio-degradable surfactants that can be used to make dishwashing tablets, liquids and rinse aids. These products can also offer corrosion inhibition.
- RSPO Mass Balance certification across a range of products that are produced by manufacturers using sustainable sources of palm kernel oil.
