Kostol ApiFree is a natural, vegan wax blend with hydrophilic properties and oil gelling capabilities designed to be used in all cosmetic and personal care applications. Kostol ApiFree can be used in anhydrous formulations to improve slip and color deposition, as well as in emulsions to optimize stability. It can be used on its own or anywhere PEG-8 Beeswax is used. Usage levels will vary from 2-8% depending on the system. Applications include creams, body butters, hair stylers, hair waxes, lipsticks, liquid lipsticks, and mascaras.
