Brenntag took note of today’s publication of the French Competition Authority that it fines Brenntag EUR 30 million for having breached its duties to cooperate with regard to an official investigation.
The decision has not yet been delivered to us. Brenntag firmly believes that all legal obligations have been fulfilled.
