Sandy Leong

Vice President - Key Accounts, Asia Pacific
Sandy leads a team of Regional Key Account Managers for the Global and Regional Key Accounts in Asia Pacific outside of China and Hong Kong. Sandy has more than 20 years of experience in the chemical distribution industry, with 16 years in Brenntag and TAT Petroleum, holding various key leadership positions.
Sandy has strong commercial acumen and knowledge of key industries with ability to perform in a multi-cultural and complex environment interacting and building trust with suppliers and customers successfully. The APAC Global Key Account team strive to deliver tangible, innovative solutions and outcomes that accelerate the customers’ growth for greater efficiencies and cost savings with Brenntag under her leadership.

Michael Hills

Regional Key Account Manager, Asia Pacific
More than 30 years of experience in Applied Chemical industries, including 18 years with Dow Chemical in various Commercial and Technical roles across different Dow businesses globally.
Michael joined Brenntag Australia in 2010 and has been a Regional Key Account Manager in Brenntag Asia Pacific since 2018. Michael brings along vast experiences, market knowhows and strong project management capabilities in managing complexities, timelines whilst bringing value-added propositions to our Key Accounts.

Joseph Wong

Regional Key Account Manager, Asia Pacific
Joseph has more than 30 years of commercial experience, with 17 years at Dow Chemical managing the APAC Latex/Coatings business including key account management. Prior to Brenntag, Joseph oversees the Coatings business (Singapore & Malaysia) in Behn Meyer.
Prior to taking on the Regional Key Account Manager role in 2021, Joseph held dual roles as Business Manager for ACES and Key Account Manager with a portfolio of GKAs in the F&F, Personal Care and Coatings industries in Singapore. Joseph has a strong understanding of Material Science, leveraging his years of experience working with the major Paints and Coatings customers.

Rajib Saha

Regional Key Account Manager, Asia Pacific
Rajib has over 25 years of experience in various commercial and leadership roles in B2B sales with Shell, Chevron and Idemitsu. In Brenntag Rajib have dual responsible as the Head of the Global Key Account team in India as well as the Regional Key Account Manager for Asia Pacific based in India.
Rajib held various leadership positions and possessed strong analytical and project management skill driving both mid to long term business strategies and programs. Rajib was also responsible to set up and transformed Idemitsu Lubes India from a Representative office to Manufacturing and Marketing company in India.

Josephine Toh

Regional Key Account Manager, Asia Pacific
Joined Brenntag in 2020 as the Regional Sales Manager for Regional Industrial Chemicals (RIC) as a strong team player formulating regional strategies and projects with key customers in Asia Pacific.
Prior to joining Brenntag, Josephine has more than 10 years of experience in various Commercial positions in the chemical manufacturing and distribution industries working with several manufacturers including Stepan Asia as the Territory Manager and Baker Hughes as the Account Manager. Josephine is passionate in solution selling and excel in identifying new business opportunities.

Caiting Gooi

Regional Key Account Manager, Asia Pacific
Cai Ting joined Brenntag Singapore after her graduation as a Sales Engineer and gradually expanded her responsibilities to Sales Manager followed by Pharma Industry Manager. Caiting is a Top sales achiever, constantly exceeding the needs of her customers and growing both her customer base and product portfolio successfully.
In 2021, she was promoted to Regional Key Account Manager for Asia Pacific to continue unlocking opportunities and growing the strategic customers spent with Brenntag. She graduated from Nanyang Technological University with Honors in Chemical and Bio-Chemical Engineering.

Rosalind Tan

Rosalind Tan

Regional Key Account Manager, Asia Pacific
Rosalind joined Brenntag June 2022 and has more than 20 years of experience in Technical Services (R&D and Application Development) and Commercial Sales in the Food & Beverage and other related industries. Prior joining Brenntag, Rosalind worked in several well-established companies. She is passionate to leverage on her strong technical expertise, to offer value and customer-centric solutions to our key accounts.
She graduated from National University of Singapore (NUS) in Bachelor of Science Microbiology and Master of Science in Environmental Engineering Technology/ Environmental Technology.
Cassandra Tan APAC

Cassandra Tan

Regional Strategic Program Manager, Asia Pacific
Joined Brenntag in July 2022, Cassandra has over 20 years of experience in sales, procurement, key account management, operation, and business development in the petrochemical and related industries. Prior to working at Brenntag, Cassandra liaised with global and regional suppliers to strategize production, develop product training tactics and pricing effect analysis. She will collaborate closely with other Brenntag Strategic Program Leads (Americas, EMEA and China-HK) to optimize and executive the commercial programs.
Cassandra possesses a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Business and Management Studies (Marketing) from the University of Bradford.
