Here you will find frequently asked questions from our customers on how to order a product, order processing, and security of information. If you cannot find what you are looking for, please reach out to our team and someone will get back to you shortly.

Access and Profile

Head over to the Brenntag Connect login page and click on the "Forgot Password" button.
Once you have received your log-in details, simply use the information provided to login and choose your own password. As we are launching Brenntag Connect in a phased approach, not everyone has received their login details yet. If you haven't yet received an invitation but you would like to learn more about Brenntag Connect for yourself, let us know at connect@brenntagla.com and we will get in touch with more information.

Products and Ordering

If you need to change or cancel an order, we’d ask you to contact us. Please use the contact details mentioned on our order request response email. You can also reach us via connect@brenntagla.com.
Once you've made an order, you'll see a confirmation on the screen. You'll receive an immidiate order request response email from us. As soon as the order has been processed by our customer service team, the order will become visible in the tab 'orders.
Yes, simply go to 'orders'. There are 6 status possibilities:
  • Processed: We've received your order request and it has been entered into our system. You will shortly receive our confirmation.
  • Confirmed: Your order has been confirmed and you've received an order confirmation.
  • Loading: Goods have been reserved for delivery & delivery is being planned or prepared.
  • Shipped: Goods issue has been done; truck is ready to leave or on its way.
  • Delivered: The delivery has been made and the products received at your designated location
  • Invoiced: Your order has been delivered completely and the invoice has been generated and sent out.

Other questions

Simply go to 'Products' and click "Request Information" for the selected product. Once we receive your request, we'll provide you with a quote as soon as possible, or we will contact you in case we need some further information from your side.
On Brenntag Connect you can download MSDS & TDS documents directly in your account. But you can also request any other document that is relevant to your business! Simply go to 'products' and click "Request information" for the selected product.
Choose Documents in a newly opened field and select the documents you need. Once we receive your request, we will upload the documents in your account and you will be notified by e-mail or we may contact you if we need further information from your side.
