Zano® 10

Zano® 10 is an uncoated, ultrafine zinc oxide designed to provide broad-spectrum UVA and UVB protection with high transparency in cosmetic formulations. Its particle size distribution ensures a critical wavelength of approximately 373 nm, contributing around 1.6 SPF units per weight percent, making it effective in achieving SPF values up to 30+ when used as the sole UV filter. This mineral-based UV filter is photostable, non-penetrating, and non-irritating, making it suitable for sensitive skin, including products for babies and pregnant women. Zano® 10 also exhibits anti-inflammatory and skin-healing properties, enhancing its appeal in formulations aimed at skin protection and care. Manufactured under GMP Part II / ICH Q7 standards, Zano® 10 complies with international cosmetic regulations and is certified by organizations such as COSMOS and ECOCERT.
