Zano® 10 Plus

Zano® 10 Plus is a surface-treated zinc oxide designed to provide broad-spectrum UVA and UVB protection with high transparency in cosmetic formulations. Its coating with triethoxycaprylylsilane enhances dispersion in various emollients, ensuring uniform application and stability. Zano® 10 Plus offers a critical wavelength of 373 nm and contributes approximately 1.6 SPF units per weight percent, making it effective in achieving SPF values up to 30+ when used as the sole UV filter. This mineral-based UV filter is photostable, non-penetrating, and non-irritating, making it suitable for sensitive skin, including products for babies and pregnant women. Zano® 10 Plus also exhibits anti-inflammatory and skin-healing properties, enhancing its appeal in formulations aimed at skin protection and care.
