Witepsol® E (75/85)
Witepsol® E 75/85 is a high-quality pharmaceutical solid fat widely used as a base for suppositories and ovules. It is manufactured by IOI Oleo GmbH and mainly consists of triglycerides of saturated fatty acids with chain lengths from C8 to C18. The product contains up to 15% diglycerides and up to 1% monoglycerides, with added beeswax (cera alba) for enhanced solidification properties.
