RICE PO4 NATURAL is a phosphate cross-linked rice starch utilized in cosmetic formulations. Due to its fine particle size, it serves as an ideal powder ingredient for various cosmetic products, including fine face powders, compact powders, eye shadows, powder pencils, and loose powders. It can be processed alone or incorporated into powder bases. Compared to talc, RICE PO4 NATURAL offers superior opacity and better skin adhesion. When used in powder or powder bases, it imparts a velvety finish to the skin, enhancing the overall texture and appearance. Additionally, it exhibits a mattifying effect, similar to titanium dioxide, and provides a natural soft glow, facilitating a seamless transition between powdered and bare skin areas. Its microcrystalline structure contributes to these aesthetic benefits. RICE PO4 NATURAL does not clog pores due to its non-swelling properties, ensuring that pore lumens remain unaffected even with long-term application.
