Revidrate™

Revidrate™ is a lipid-based active ingredient developed by Croda, designed to support the skin's natural moisture balance. It functions as a self-moisturizing agent by enhancing the synthesis of natural moisturizing factors (NMFs) and promoting the maturation of the stratum corneum. This leads to improved hydration, barrier function, and a healthier skin appearance. Revidrate™ is free from ethoxylated ingredients, preservatives, EDTA, BHT/BHA, and is suitable for vegan formulations. It is commonly used in after-sun products, body and face care, foot and leg care, and sun protection products. The recommended usage level is 3%. Clinical studies have demonstrated its efficacy in enhancing skin hydration and barrier function.
