Potato Jel-Natural is a cold water swellable, modified potato starch that functions as a natural rheology modifier and thickener. It enables the formulation of synthetic-free, viscosity-stable hair gels and other personal care products. This ingredient provides good transparency and can be used to create jelly textures.
