Imwitor® 375 is a natural O/W emulsifier derived primarily from sunflower oil and lactic and citric acids sourced from European plant materials. It has a molecular structure similar to lecithin, making it ideal for creating light emulsions with a soft, velvety touch, such as gels, lotions, and creams. This emulsifier helps to create low-viscosity emulsions that provide a light feel and fast absorption.
