Eucalyptus essential oil
Eucalyptus essential oil is extracted from the fresh leaves of Eucalyptus globulus through steam distillation. Known for its fresh, menthol-like, and invigorating aroma, this oil is widely recognized for its therapeutic properties. The main component, 1,8-cineole (also called eucalyptol), gives it excellent expectorant, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial effects. Eucalyptus essential oil promotes a sense of respiratory clarity and freshness, making it popular for use in aromatherapy and natural cleaning products. It can also be used topically—diluted in a carrier oil—to relieve muscle tension and minor aches. The oil is 100% pure and natural, free from additives or solvents, appearing as a clear, slightly yellow liquid.
