Nonionic, high HLB (15.7) ethoxylated fatty alcohol derived from cetostearyl alcohol. It functions as an emulsifier and co-emulsifier, ideal for formulating stable oil-in-water (O/W) emulsions. This surfactant offers excellent wetting and foaming properties, making it suitable for various applications, including body care, facial skin care, hair relaxing, permanent waves, and sun protection products.
