Brenntag, the global market leader in chemicals and ingredient distribution, acquired the chemical blending and distributor Aik Moh Paints & Chemicals, as well as it's subsidiary A.P.C. Chemical Industries, Inc. in the Philippines.
This acquisition has provided Brenntag with blending capabilities, further enhancing their ability to meet the evolving needs of Brenntag customers in Philippines.
A.P.C. Chemical Industries was founded in 2006, and is headquartered in Manila in the Philippines. It specializes in value added services, such as chemical blending. It also distributes chemicals for the paints, inks and coatings, petrochemical, agriculture, composite industry, water and wastewater treatment.
