Brenntag Netherlands is committed to quality management. We work according to defined processes and responsibilities to provide a smooth and efficient service with focus to always improve.
Brenntag Nethlerands works in many business segments. To ensure our services to these segments, we have chosen to work according to segment orientated quality management where suitable and authorisation where needed.
ISO and FSSC Certifications
Since 1992, the purchase, storage, handling, packaging, sales and transport of chemicals at our offices and locations are fully ISO 9001 compliant, as certified by Lloyd's Register Nederland B.V.
Since 2002, the purchase, storage, handling, packaging, sales and transport of chemicals at our offices and locations are fully ISO 14001 compliant, as certified by Lloyd's Register Nederland B.V.
Since 2002 the purchase, storage, handling and packaging, sale and transport of chemicals at our sites has been carried out fully in accordance with OHSAS 18001, in 2020 the migration has taken place to ISO 45001, as certified by Lloyd's Register Nederland B.V.
ISince 2012, the purchase, storage, handling, packaging, sales and transport of food and feed additives at our offices and locations are fully ISO 22000 compliant, as certified by Lloyd's Register Nederland B.V.
Since 2016 the blending, filling and storage of water based lotions at our location Moerdijk are fully ISO 22716 compliant, as certified by SGS Belgium NV.
Since 2012, the handling (filling and packaging into trade packages) of pre-manufactured food and feed additives at our locations is fully FSSC 22000 compliant, as certified by Lloyd's Register Nederland B.V.

Since 2004, the distribution and production of chemicals at our locations have been certified as compliant with GMP+, as attested by Lloyd's Register Nederland B.V.

SQAS / ESAD
Since 2006, the purchase, storage, handling, packaging, sales and transport of chemicals at our plants in Zwijndrecht, Rotterdam Botlek and Moerdijk have been assessed using the CEFIC/FECC European Single Assessment Document (ESAD) for Chemical Distributors, as attested by Van der Heide J. (LeMD).

Fairtrade certificate
