As part of the world's largest chemicals distributor, Brenntag Austria not only relies on high-quality chemicals, but also on an organizational structure that is based on high quality in all areas of the company. For this reason, we orientate ourselves in various areas to internationally recognized standards such as ISO 9001 for quality management, ISO 22000 for food production, GMP for pharmaceutical production and QS for the feed trade.

Furthermore, we have voluntarily submitted to the SQAS program (Safety and Quality Assessment Systems).

ISO 9001

Brenntag Austria has been certified by Quality Austria ISO 9001:2000 since 1999. The validity of this Quality Austria Certificate is guaranteed by annual control and three year extension audits. Above and beyond that, it’s important for the individual areas of our business to fulfil their obligations and be able to formally prove adherence to official standards.

For that reason, Food Production in Guntramsdorf holds ISO 22000 Certificate (Food Safety), and Pharmaceutical Filling holds a GMP- Certificate.
