To contribute to the safe operational efficiency and effectivenes of the depots on time and in full targets by :
Undertake and filling operations as required
Undertake picking and loading duties as required
Undertake manual handling yard duties as required
Undertake Fork lift duties as required
Receipt of bulk chemical deliveries
Provide a market leading Customer Experience, to include prompt and accurate resolution of all enquiries whether by phone or email.
To contribute to the depot’s EBITDA and to Customer Experience KPI’s by the efficient and effective handling of all sales and administrative duties.
To assist the depot stock team to ensure the depot's income is maximised by the effective and efficient purchasing, procurement and control of stock
To contribute to the achievement and maximising of Bristol Depot’s gross margin budget.
New customer acquisition and new product conversion targets by optimising both proactive and reactive sales opportunities via telephony contact with our existing and potential customer base.
To establish and maintain long-term customer relationships via effective account management.
- To implement the commercial strategy for inorganic products across both bulk and packed markets.
- To deliver the budgeted volume and margin plans for products as part of the Commercial team.
- To provide relevant and timely communications across the regional Brenntag sales functions.
To effectively manage and maintain the Quality System within Lutterworth depot including monitoring product quality and customer complaint recording and resolution.
Maintaining registration with external quality bodies such as BSI and Femas and ensuring these are done to the highest quality.
To provide excellent product and customer support through technical knowledge, training and a focus on safety.
Ensure safe, continuous and efficient running of site ops, plant equipment and all associated site mechanicals through scheduled routines.
The overall responsibility of this role will be to provide support / cover for the Commercial Function, to Support the activities of the Customer Experience Team as well as general administrative duties.
Responsible for providing efficient and effective handling and processing of customer orders and maintaining appropriate stock levels in line with company policies and procedures, ultimately contributing to the depot’s EBITDA objectives. This role will cover various product lines (Adblue and polyelectrolytes) for both the Belfast and Dublin Depots and will require liaising and working with both teams.
