To contribute to the safe operational efficiency and effectiveness of the depots on time and in full targets by carrying out manual handling yard duties and fork lift truck duties as required.
Responsible for providing efficient and effective handling and processing of customer orders and maintaining appropriate stock levels in line with company policies and procedures, ultimately contributing to the depot’s EBITDA objectives. This role will cover various product lines (Adblue and polyelectrolytes) for both the Belfast and Dublin Depots and will require liaising and working with both teams.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you’ll enjoy a broad-based office role, providing general assistance and administrative support to our quality function, stock control and finance teams.
To assist and contribute to achieving the Solvent depot monthly EBITA. Assist in effectively achieving agreed Gross-Margin budgets on Packed Solvent Sales to the depots and other key objectives. To maximise the sales margin by providing a complete supply chain function (including sourcing) to our customers via the depot networks.
To provide and excel in all aspects of customer service for current and prospective accounts.

As a member of the management team the successful candidate will lead
and manage the Operations Functions to ensure the business consistently exceeds customer expectations, by strict compliance with HSE, Legal and company procedures and actively contributing to the delivery of the Depot’s EBITDA and Working Capital Budgets and delivery against key efficiency and health & safety KPI’s.

- To implement the commercial strategy for inorganic products across both bulk and packed markets.
- To deliver the budgeted volume and margin plans for products as part of the Commercial team.
