Electronic invoice

Brenntag is one of many companies that already send their invoices electronically, thus favouring paper reduction and environmental protection as well as promptness, simplicity and cost savings.

It is as simple as receiving our invoice in a PDF file which includes an advanced electronic signature. Although it is not compulsory, this signature ensures the authenticity of the invoice´s origin (Brenntag) and the integrity of its content. You only need to open the file with Adobe Reader and the signature will be checked automatically to confirm that the certificate used to sign is valid.

Nothing special is needed to receive and manage our e-invoices. Once we have your consent, you only need:

• PDF reader (Adobe Reader)
• Internet connection
• E-mail address
