VORASURF™ DC 5906 is your first choice for viscoelastic PU foam formulations

When formulating conventional or MDI-based viscoelastic foams, VORASURF™ DC 5906 is the go-to silicone surfactant. It offers:
  • Good cell opening for enhanced foam breathability
  • Fine cell structure for consistent quality
  • High efficiency in processing
  • Excellent stabilization for cylindrical foam blocks
  • Compatibility with high-filler content ensuring formulation flexibility
Available in 200kg drums and 1000kg IBCs, VORASURF™ DC 5906 is also available as VORASURF™ DC 5906 LV, which features a lower cyclic content.
