Description:
CosVivet synthetic Beeswax VEGAN consists of a combination of modified esters and waxes of natural origin. It is free of animal-based ingredients and is supplied in pellet form. Its composition fulfils the purity requirements of cera alba in the European Pharmacopeia.
Application:
This vegan wax provides excellent emulsifying properties and has a stabilizing, oil-binding effect in emulsions. A further advantage of this wax is that it does not cause discolorations of emulsions commonly observed when using pure natural waxes. Due to its hardness and relatively high melting point it is perfectly suited for consistency control and stabilization in decorative cosmetics such as sticks, mascara, etc. Also, it is very well suited for formulations which are free of water.
