Brenntag, the global market leader in chemical distribution, acquired Quimicas Meroño, S.L., a distributor of industrial chemicals based close to Cartagena, Spain. The company is holding a strong coverage in the Murcia region, which is a solid part of the main Mediterranean industrial axis, focusing on logistics, blends and storage services to its industrial customers. The transaction is effective May 13, 2015.
