Our production has roots back to the 1960s. Then under the name Birger Nilsen. In 1997 we moved into new modern premises on Kampenes industrial site in Sarpsborg. Today we have 5 people working in our production. Someone with experience dating back to 1970's. We have the knowledge, long and good experience. Accuracy and quality are the key words we strive to comply. There is a strong focus on allergens. We are both ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 certified. If you buy products that are produced with us, can you feel safe that you get what is promised.
We are currently producing approximately 400 tons of taste and functional mixtures annually. Our capacity are much higher, so new business are welcome. Flexibility and good service is important to us. We may not be the biggest, but we want to be the manufacturer in our industry which is to be reckoned with when the customer needs goods. An important tool for good supply reliability is stock agreements.
We have our own product development and test kitchen. In the test kitchen can we make dry mixes and finished food products. We have our R & D stronghold in meat, fish, mayonnaise, dressings, and salad industry. Here we have the most equipment and experience. We can also more limited help other industries. We have possibilities to invite customers to our test kitchen to make R & D together. In our test kitchen is it possible to test in smaller scale than what is normally possible to achieve in the industry.
