- Dr Kristin Neumann, Chief Financial Officer of Brenntag SE since April 2022, will not extend her contract, which ends on March 31, 2025, for personal reasons and will then leave the company
- The Supervisory Board will decide on her successor in the near future, the orderly search process for the successor is underway
Dr Kristin Neumann, Chief Financial Officer of Brenntag SE, the global market leader in chemicals and ingredients distribution, has informed the Supervisory Board of Brenntag SE that she will not extend her contract for personal reasons and will leave the company when her contract expires on March 31, 2025.
“The decision was not easy for me. Brenntag is an attractive company with a robust business model and great growth potential, which is also characterized by the strong commitment and expertise of its employees. I am grateful for the time in which I was able to help shape the company and its path into the future together with my colleagues on the Management Board and the large Brenntag team,” says Kristin Neumann.
The orderly process for appointing a successor is already underway and the Supervisory Board will decide on the successor to the Board of Management in the near future. Kristin Neumann will continue to perform her duties in full until the end of her contract term and ensure an orderly transition to her successor.

Kristin Neumann has been Chief Financial Officer and member of the Board of Management of Brenntag SE since April 1, 2022. She is responsible for Corporate/Group Accounting, Controlling, Insurance, Investor Relations, Legal, Shared Services, Tax, Treasury, and the regional finance organizations.
