When considering which site would receive this award a number of factors such as their attitude to service excellence in their day-to-day customer interactions as well as their OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance across the last 12 months.
Shaun Myers, Business Services Director – UK & Ireland, was delighted to award this years CRM award for consistently excellent customer service to our Bradford distribution depot. Throughout the past 12 months they have demonstrated an outstanding attitude towards customer service, going above and beyond to ensure their customers needs were met through positive and professional service which was evident through the positive feedback received from customers during the 2014/15 survey.
Our industry requires an acute attention to detail when it comes to operating in a safe and efficient manner and we are always looking to recognise exceptional safety performance of our employees and sites.
A number of factors are considered when selecting the Safety award including looking at the culture of safety present at the site as well as the number of incidents or near misses reported. Fred Worle, Operations Director – UK & Ireland, presented this years Safety award to our Swansea distribution depot, which not only had an excellent performance over the past 12 months but have had an impeccable safety record across the last 14 years.
