Each your around Christmas Brenntag Nordic donates to charity.
This year we have chosen to donate to the Finnish Hospital Clowns. The Hospital Clowns is a non-profit organization that organizes entertainment for children in the form of clowns. In Brenntag Nordic, we believe Børnenes kontor does an important work, which is why they are receiving our Danish donation.
In Sweden we are donating to
Hungerprojektet (the Hunger Project). The project’s goal is to contribute to independence through self-sufficiency.
One of the project’s strategies is working with Epicenters – houses that meet basic needs and enable education, clean water, health care and gender equality. The Hunger Project encourages villagers to use their democratic rights to influence the decisions made in their society. By actively participating in local politics, they are responsible for the development of their society, which enables sustainable results.
In Norway, we are donating to Red Cross. Red Cross is the largest humanitarian network in the world. The organization’s mission is to protect life, health and uphold human dignity. Red Cross is present in every country and is supported by millions of volunteers. You can read more on our Norwegian website.
We wish you a merry christmas and a happy new year.
