Majority of them work remotely from home office, however always available online and via telephones, providing updated information and professional service with order processing. Each customer has its account manager available online.
- Our procurement activities are online with a full and uninterrupted access to the system.
- Product management is in a regular contact with our suppliers, online and available on the telephone, ready to communicate and respond to your needs at any time.
- Brenntag offices are open, however with a limited access and limited office service, to ensure healthy and safe environment for all employees.
- Our commercial teams work mostly online.
- We are constantly updating and sharing information between us on anything, that could influence further proceedings.
- Our logistics activities run in uninterrupted way.
- We cooperate with the transport companies assuring transport services continuity in all directions, also in the Northern Italy.
- As a compulsory requirement, the drivers are equipped with preventive measures and disinfectants, they do not leave the cabins during unloading operations in places of delivery.
- Our warehouses are operational.
- The activities in various sectors have been secured by dedicated teams dealing with particular tasks.
- They have been divided into separate shifts in order to provide our employees the safest possible working environment, i.e. smaller groups, separated from each other.
- Our employees are equipped with personal protective equipment, disinfectants and other measures helping to ensure our operation teams on sites are kept well and safe.
- All our premises are disinfected regularly, every few hours, especially all commonly used objects and points, to ensure healthy and safe environment for all our employees and our visitors.
- Persons entering the company’s locations are subject to strict control requirements of maintaining cleanliness and disinfection.
