On 5.4.2017, we organized another of our regular Innovation Days for our food customers.
This time, it was a matter of reducing sugar in food and beverages.
The seminar was attended by 30 customers from different industries.
We have enriched the lecture blocks with many tastings, where customers could convince their senses that reducing sugar in a food or drink does not necessarily have a negative impact on the product's taste profile.
Tastings were prepared based on our own recipes in our Application Center.
We organized this innovation day together with our business partner, Sensus, the leading manufacturer of chicory root fiber.
We are pleased to have liked the customer and we are already preparing other interesting themes for them.
