Application Center in Prague was the first of its kind in the Czech market. Since 2012 it serves as a place for innovation, creating new recipes, training center and technology support for our customers. This year, we decided on rebuilding and investing in new facilities with the ambition to provide even better service to our customers.
We now have a combined stove consisting of a convectional or hot-air part where you can bake classic pastries such as baguettes or rolls and sweet pastries such as muffins, cakes and many other products; and stone furnace where you can bake rustic bread or pizza dough.
Another new device is a dough roller that is primarily designed for making laminated pastries such as croissants or leaf dough but can also be used to dissolve any matter where it is always necessary to reach the same height, eg protein sticks.
An important investment is also the homogenizer Stephan, which homogenizes sauces, mayonnaise and dressing, but can also be used for the production of pastes and other fat spreads.
We extended the total area of the Application Center with a new warehouse and sample preparation. Numerous construction modifications then increased workplace safety and increased the hygiene standard of the facility.
We believe that investing in our Application Center will allow us to further, highly specialized cooperation with our customers.
