Purpose of Position
The overall responsibility of this role will be to provide support/ cover for the Commercial function, to support the activities of the Customer Experience team as well as general administrative duties.
- All Departmental Filing and Organisation of Archives/Mandatory Reports.
Management of Meeting Room Diary / All Hosting Arrangements (Including meeting and greeting all off-site visitors and arranging all Buffets/Lunches).
Printing /Distribution of “Manchester Sales” inbox.
Review of Returns Verification Report.
Monthly loan packaging ring round.
Monthly Review of the rolling package report.
Undertake any reasonable tasks or duties assigned by the General Manager from time to time, providing they are within the post holders skills and ability.
- Customer experience team:
- Provide Administrative Support for Customer Experience Team and play an Active role in all meetings.
Ownership of all Customer Experience monthly communications and Site wide Comms boards.
Direct customer follow up Detractor/Promoter alerts as well as occasional survey follow up calls.
- Ad hoc duties :
- Receipt and processing of customers orders onto M4 computer system.
Documentation of all relevant information from customer orders.
Check and validate customer confirmation purchase orders.
Receipt and Process of Supplier Enquiries/ PO Queries.
Regularly update information on system.
Receive and process enquiries, ensure follow up either in M4 / Aurea.
Experience , Knowledge and Qualifications
GCSE Level as a minimum.
Experience of working in a busy office environment.
Minimum of 2 years experience within a commercial office environment.
