Reporting to the Transport Manager, you’ll be responsible for the safe transport and delivery of chemical products to customers across the North East of England and Cumbria – undertaking delivery schedules in line with agreed operational procedures
To contribute to the achievement and maximisation of agreed budgeted EBITDA by managing and developing new and existing customer relationships in order to maximise sales.
To develop and grow sales by developing relationships directly with customers, and via the company’s sales teams. Ensuring the range is sold effectively and that profitability is maximised, so that budget sales volume, value and margin are achieved. To promote and assist in the sales of the wider company’s product range through allocated Depots.
Responsible for providing efficient and effective handling and processing of customer orders and maintaining appropriate stock levels in line with company policies and procedures, ultimately contributing to the depot’s EBITDA objectives. This role will cover various product lines (Adblue and polyelectrolytes) for both the Belfast and Dublin Depots and will require liaising and working with both teams.
To assist the Quality function, to support the Stock control team, to assist the Finance Teams by processing invoices for payment.
To contribute to the achievement and maximisation of agreed budgeted EBITDA by managing and
developing new and existing customer relationships in order to maximise sales
To compile Safety Data Sheets - Standard & Extended.
To carry out the compliance section of Product Code Creation
To answer Customer queries either via email or telephone
Carry out projects related to the above as required to standardise processes across Europe
To effectively manage and maintain the Quality System within Lutterworth depot including monitoring product quality and customer complaint recording and resolution.
Maintaining registration with external quality bodies such as BSI and Femas and ensuring these are done to the highest quality.
To provide excellent product and customer support through technical knowledge, training and a focus on safety.
The overall responsibility of this role will be to provide support / cover for the Commercial Function, to Support the activities of the Customer Experience Team as well as general administrative duties.
Ensure safe, continuous and efficient running of site ops, plant equipment and all associated site mechanicals through scheduled routines.
- To implement the commercial strategy for inorganic products across both bulk and packed markets.
- To deliver the budgeted volume and margin plans for products as part of the Commercial team.
- To provide relevant and timely communications across the regional Brenntag sales functions.
