Brenntag Europe introduces new product line with a Green Day

Brenntag Europe is launching its new Green Product Line with a view to offering customers a green alternative. The campaign kicked off on Brenntags European Green Day on January 16 when the Green Product Line was introduced to the employees in the participating European countries.

Brachem Acquisition S.C.A. places 4.5 million shares of Brenntag AG with institutional investors

Brachem Acquisition S.C.A., the major shareholder of Brenntag AG, announced today that it placed 4.5 million shares of Brenntag AG for a price of EUR 70.00 per share with institutional investors in an accelerated bookbuilding process. Accordingly, the free float increases from close to 64 percent to nearly 73 percent.
